Architecture of Clarity.
Eliminating the complexity of structured data to liberate developer creativity.
Data hierarchy is a beautiful solution for machines, but a massive cognitive burden for humans. TableXML was founded to bridge this asymmetry in the human-machine interface.
The despair of opening hundreds of thousands of lines of XML files or complexly nested JSON in an editor. The panic in production environments caused by missed tag corrections done manually. Our founding team faced these problems daily on the frontlines of building large-scale data infrastructure.
The Breakthrough Algorithm
The breakthrough in development was the completion of our proprietary bidirectional conversion engine that maps tree structures (Tree) to 2D arrays (Matrix) in linear time O(n). This established a technical foundation where the moment a user edits a cell on a spreadsheet, the underlying XML schema is atomically updated.
We are confident that TableXML is not merely a 'viewer', but a 'powerful infrastructure' that dramatically saves developers' time while ensuring data quality.

Refund Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy based on the Lemon Squeezy payment system
1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds as a General Rule)
Due to the nature of the software being a digital product (download and instant license issuance format), we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for customer convenience after a purchase has been confirmed. Please thoroughly check the free version, feature requirements, and supported environments before purchasing.
2. Exceptional Refund Conditions (Technical Troubles)
Notwithstanding the above, we will exceptionally consider or implement a refund only if it is within 14 days of purchase and all the following conditions are met:
- There is a fatal defect (bug) in the Software, and major functions do not operate normally.
- The issue was not resolved despite contacting our customer support desk for technical assistance regarding problems such as dependencies in your environment.
- Your purchase history and a valid order number (a number starting with
#LS-issued by Lemon Squeezy) can be confirmed.
3. Subscription Cancellation
If you are subscribed to a (monthly or annual) plan, you can complete the cancellation procedure at any time up to the day before your next renewal date.
Cancellation can be done from the "Manage Details" (Order History) link in the email sent by Lemon Squeezy at the time of payment, or by contacting our support desk. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the Software until the end date of the valid contract period for which you have already paid. Please note that we cannot provide pro-rated refunds based on the remaining days of the valid period.
4. Inquiries regarding Refunds and Cancellations
For refund requests based on the exceptional conditions above, or any other questions regarding payments, please contact support@tablexml.com within 14 days of purchase. After confirmation and approval by us, the refund process will be carried out through the Lemon Squeezy system. Please note that the final decision on whether to grant a refund may rest with Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record.
Security Policy
Compliance with Major Security Standards and Continuous Self-Assessment Frameworks
1. Alignment with Key Information Security Standards
To safely handle account credentials, license data, and provide dependable enterprise solutions, we adhere strictly to the following cybersecurity frameworks and guidelines:
- Cyber Essentials (UK Government-backed Scheme): We fulfill the 5 fundamental technical controls—firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware protection, and patch management—to mitigate and block common internet-based threats.
- CIS Controls IG1 (Implementation Group 1): We prioritize and maintain essential cyber hygiene practices defined by the Center for Internet Security (CIS) to systematically guard our internal systems and user assets against widespread cyber attacks.
- IPA 6 Essential Security Rules (Japan): We fully enforce the security guidelines designed for SMBs by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA)—including system optimization, anti-virus defenses, strict password policies, sharing restriction audits, threat vector awareness, and utilizing institutional advisory channels—to drive human-error risks to zero.
2. Ongoing Countermeasures and PDCA via Self-Assessment
To proactively address the fast-evolving cyber threat landscape, our team undergoes periodic "Information Security Self-Assessments" mapped directly to our adopted compliance frameworks.
Our systematic self-evaluations encompass minimizing corporate endpoint access privileges, rigorous security audits for any third-party cloud tools used internally, and routine incident response simulations. Any vulnerabilities or systemic gaps uncovered during these reviews are immediately resolved, enforcing a continuous PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle that guarantees an optimized, safe operational environment at all times.
